.: Syukur alhamdulillah :.

alhamdulillah..dat i've seen progress in my recovery..albeit slow @times..yet steady..

now at home i dun haf to wear mi leg brace n use mi crutches animore..n quite confident of walking without them..although not as it used to be..but still, compared to the days jus after the operation when i cudnt even bear a slight weight on my right leg, this was a huge progress..

straightening and bending still has a bit of way to go though..i realised i still cant do straight leg raises and bending needs a bit more work to normal functionality..i haf to say dat d most heart-wrenchin exercise dat i haf to do now are hamstring curls, done while face down..cause i can seriously feel mi muscles at mi knee "moving" around while im flexing..which of course isnt a nice thing to feel..

i realised dat even simple warm-up exercises dat i used to do can be a different story altogether now..doc was indeed right, rehab during d 1st 2 months is crucial n is d most challenging part post-operation..esp mentally

why mentally? cos d monotonous day by day exercises, routine and helplessness u feel can realli drain ur morale..i realli felt it during d 1st three weeks..n it was especially so when u kinda feel u dont c any progress in urself..

but alhamdulillah..break in routine ystday when dear friends came to visit..n of cos, a little bit of naan and butter chicken helps..n d company n catch-up too..heh..

n sum raving rabbids..lol
boogey!! :p
